**POP** Ouch!
Just when I was about ready to ramp up my workout routine and throw in some new stuff... POP! While working out in my regular BootCamp class this morning, doing something pretty simple, I felt a pop in my left calf muscle, followed by pain. Turns out, I have a tear in my calf muscle and will now be laying around taking it easy for a bit instead of ramping it up at the gym. Ohhhh welllll. It'll be all about the "guns" for a while.
