I got a Groupon for a place at Myrtle Beach and took the family down for Father's Day Weekend. We had a fabulous time. The kids loved the beach and pools, especially the lazy river. Our room was perfect with a bedroom, small kitchen, sitting room with extra bed, and balcony. It wasn't fancy, but it exactly what we needed. We were able to enjoy breakfast (cooked by yours truly) in the room each morning, and Tony and I were able to stay up talking or watching TV after the kids went to sleep each night.
To make it even more special, my parents came down for Father's Day. We enjoyed spending time with them and letting the kids show off their new swimming skills.
