Swim team season is nearing it's end. Our last regular meet was today, and the Championship meet is just 2 weeks away. It has been a super-busy time, but very rewarding. Each of our kids has dropped time in their events and earned some place ribbons. In fact, Abbie got her very first place ribbon from last meet: 6th place in Butterfly! Jason also won 1st place in Freestyle today!
Now that our kids are doing great, Tony has also started getting in on the action. Last meet, he was asked to join the parent relay, which is mostly a bunch of dads (and an occasional mom) having fun racing at the end of the meet. Check out these awesome dads (especially Tony!!) kick some butt in today's relay. Parkwood dads raced the two outer lanes against Woodcroft on the inside lane.
